3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CODEVGROW and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment as outlined in individual agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback on deliverables, and meeting payment obligations as outlined in service agreements. Delays caused by late client responses may affect project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
CODEVGROW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
